Our Hong Kong office: opening soon

We are preparing to open an office in Hong Kong. Until then, our Mayfair team can advise on UK mortgages and property finance for overseas buyers and expats, by phone, video and secure email.

Why Hong Kong

Hong Kong is one of Asia's main financial centres and has long-standing ties with the UK. Many people based in Hong Kong look to UK property for investment, family or a future move.

What we can do for you today

  • Advise on UK residential, buy-to-let, high-value and private bank mortgages for non-UK residents
  • Find lenders that accept your nationality, residency and income currency
  • Explain deposits, documents, valuations and the non-resident stamp duty surcharge
  • Work with your UK solicitor and agent from first call to completion

Read our expat and foreign national mortgage page and free guide, or try the borrowing calculator.

What opening soon means

Our Hong Kong office is not open yet. We do not currently carry on regulated activity in Hong Kong, and our plans are subject to local regulatory requirements. Today we advise on UK mortgages from our Mayfair office, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 944663).
