Why London mortgages need a specialist
London property costs more than almost anywhere else in the UK, so loans are larger and lenders' affordability rules matter more. Many London buyers also have income that does not fit a simple payslip: bonuses, commission, contracting, company dividends or earnings from overseas. And much of London's housing is leasehold flats, new builds and converted houses, which some lenders treat more cautiously than others.
As a whole-of-market broker we compare high-street banks, building societies, specialist lenders and private banks, then present your case the way the right lender needs to see it.
What we arrange for London clients
- Home purchases and first-time buyer mortgages, including shared ownership
- Remortgages when your fixed rate is ending, including raising money for improvements
- High-value mortgages from £1m and private bank lending
- Self-employed and company director mortgages, contractors and complex income
- Expat and foreign national mortgages for buyers moving to or investing in London
- Buy-to-let, limited company buy-to-let and HMO mortgages for London landlords
- Bridging loans for chain breaks, auctions and refurbishments, and development finance
- Life insurance and income protection to protect your home

Can you help if I'm self-employed or have bonus income?
