Toolkit questions
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. The files are standard .xlsx spreadsheets that open in Excel, Google Sheets (File > Import), Apple Numbers and LibreOffice, on a computer or tablet.
Why can't I type in some cells?
The green and gold cells contain the calculations, so they are locked to stop them being overwritten by accident. Just type in the white cells and the rest works itself out.
What do I do once it's complete?
Save the file and email it to your OMB adviser, or bring it to your appointment. If you haven't spoken to us yet, book a free 15-minute call or email info@ourmortgagebroker.co.uk and we'll take a look.
Is there a charge for using these?
No. The toolkit is free to download and use, whether or not you go on to use our services.
How is my information protected?
